In previous post on "How to Add New Keyboard Language on Windows 8", you learn how to add and change input languages to your keyboard.
With the upgrade of Windows 8.1, there are some minor changes in configuration of adding keyboard input languages interface. If you need to type in multiple languages in Windows 8.1, here is the step-by-step way to add and change input languages to your keyboard.
1. Search > Type ' language ' > Settings > Language
2. Click on 'Add a language'
3. Select the specific language you want to use for the keyboard.
4. A new language is added.
5. At desktop (bottom right-hand corner), select the keyboard language you want to use.
