1. Access to Registry. Add both the Current User Reg Entry and Local Machine or whichever applicable.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy
2. Create the Reg DWord “EnableJavaUpdate”
Select DWORD Value. (32-bit or 64-bit depends on your system requirement)
3. Change the Value from 0 to 1
4. No need to restart computer. Go to Java Control Panel to check. An “Update” Tab will appear.
